Get involved

It has recently come to my attention, that many people are for lack of a better word “[spineless]”. I’m not just referring to politicians that behind closed doors will speak out against the registry, or any other political matter that would seem to be a more constitutional way of life, but wouldn’t dare speak out in public for fear of political suicide as I have mentioned in my previous articles. This my friends has spread into the general public. Family members and significant others are for some reason refusing to do what is right when it comes to an injustice. Even though they know the right path, they stay hidden in their, as it was put to me “own little world and pretend I’m happy”. Instead all of us need to stand up, band together, and force this country to reform itself.

This thought process is what is destroying this country and everyone will soon find themselves even farther under the thumb of a corrupt government. People you need to all wake up, if you do not start to stand up not only for your rights and those of your loved ones but also the rights of the people that you dislike, you are no better than the politicians that are ruining this country. You cannot speak of freedom unless you are willing to stand up for it. How do you think the LBGT community has finally gotten their freedoms? They stood together, they persevered to right the injustice and unconstitutional laws that had been brought down upon them by a corrupt government officials based on their own bigotry, that will desecrate the constitution, the bill of rights and your very freedoms, but at the same time will paraphrase a book written 3500 years ago, that not everyone in this country follows.

We have the rights for association free press, free speech, and freedom of religion. Why do we not have the right to be forgotten I ask? In England they have such a right. It is the right to have your criminal past be forgotten after you have served your time and reformed into a better member of society. Our law makers and politicians try to say that the registry is not a form of punishment, but I ask for anyone to try and explain to me how it is not. How is being told where you can live and work not a form of punishment. Does the father not feel punished every time he cannot go watch his children at a school play? I am betting that he does. I am also quite sure that his child feels punished when his father is not allowed to come to his school play or even allowed to pick his child up from school. Violating the constitutional standard set by the Supreme Court of the right to be a family.

In what way does it sound constitutional to regulate who you love and marry? Where you live and work? Weather you must wear your seat belt of crash helmet? These are personal freedoms that many men and women have fought, bled and died to protect. All while our simple minded politicians, and scared citizens stand by. One destroying these freedoms, the other to much of a coward to stand up for himself and his fellow citizens who are having their constitutional rights stripped away.

I speak now not only about the registry but about all matters that are wrong. I speak not only to felons, and registrants, but to everyone affected by the wrong doings to the latter as well as our veterans, our uneducated, homeless, our sick and less fortunate members of society. Stand up, speak up and band together, This country will not get better if you sit idly by and pretend everything is OK.

It takes only one person who has the courage to stand up and speak out to start a movement that will bring back the constitutional rights to the less fortunate in this country. President Obama has said that one in three Americans has a criminal conviction. And those convictions have limited the ability of those people to seek the American dream. After a person has lived and worked within the community crime free for ten years, their criminal convictions should be sealed from the public so that they and their families no longer suffer from discrimination.

Wake up America. Stand up for what is right. Teach the uneducated to read, offer job training to those who are out of work, clothe and feed the homeless and help them regain their place in society. Thank and support all veterans. Allow a reformed criminal a place among the world again. Stop hiding from the truth and do what’s right for once.

Sometimes standing against evil is more important than defeating it, The greatest hero’s stand because it is the right thing to do, not because they think they will walk away with their lives.
-N.D. Wilson
Those who deny freedom to others, deserve it not for themselves
-Abraham Lincoln
“Insurrection is the most sacred of rights and the most indispensable of duties”

Vigilante-ism in all its forms is NOT JUSTICE . Those that say they are seeking justice for someone else need to be scrutinized closely to see if it is justice or revenge. And those that seek revenge outside of the criminal justice system are just un-American, and they themselves should be punished to the full extent of the law.

Those who use their personal agenda to destroy our constitutional rights be their agenda based on religion, or their own selfish viewpoint of how the world works, those people are the political terrorists that we need to be root out and patriotic Americans need to show them for what they are, which is purely looters of society, and ravagers of our freedoms.

My hat is off to the patriots brave enough to stand up for what is right. To the members of W.A.R, R.S.O.L, V.F.W, and all the other organizations that are standing up against the injustices of our corrupt government that wishes to suppress your freedoms until we are nothing but mindless humans meandering along each day
